一、出貨時間
訂單成立並完成付款後,本公司將於處理完成後安排出貨。
現貨商品通常於 1–5 個工作天內出貨(不含例假日與國定假日)。
預購商品依商品頁標示之預計出貨時間為準。
如遇節慶、促銷期間或物流高峰,出貨時間可能延遲。

二、配送方式

三、運費說明

台灣本島:出貨後約 1–3 個工作天送達
離島地區:約 2–5 個工作天
實際配送時間以物流業者為準,如遇節慶、促銷期間或物流高峰,配達時間可能延遲。

五、預購與合併出貨
現貨與預購商品如同一訂單,原則上將於預購商品到貨後一併出貨。
若需拆單出貨,可能產生額外運費,依實際情況另行通知。

六、配送風險與責任
商品出貨後,運送風險由物流業者承擔。
如包裹遺失、損壞或延誤,將協助您與物流業者進行後續處理。
收件人資訊填寫錯誤所導致之延誤或損失,由消費者自行負責。

七、無法配送情況
如遇以下情況,本公司保留延遲或取消出貨之權利:

收件資料不完整或錯誤
付款未完成或異常

八、配送完成定義
宅配:以簽收紀錄為準
超商取貨:以門市簽收紀錄為準
配送完成後,即視為商品已交付。

Shipping Policy

5. Pre-Orders & Combined Shipping
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available, unless otherwise stated.
If split shipments are requested or required, additional shipping fees may apply and will be notified accordingly.

6. Shipping Risk & Responsibility
Once the order has been shipped, the shipping risk is assumed by the logistics provider.
In the event of loss, damage, or delay, we will assist you in contacting the logistics provider for follow-up.
Customers are responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided.

7. Non-Deliverable Situations
We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments under the following circumstances:

Payment not completed or abnormal transaction status

8. Delivery Completion Definition
Home delivery: delivery is considered completed upon signed receipt
Convenience store pickup: delivery is considered completed upon store pickup confirmation

Once delivery is completed, the product is deemed successfully delivered.
