退貨政策
一、退貨適用範圍
本公司依相關消費者保護法規提供退貨服務。
除法律另有規定外，所有退貨申請須符合本政策規範方可受理。
二、鑑賞期說明
消費者享有商品到貨次日起 7 天鑑賞期（含例假日）。
鑑賞期非試用期，申請退貨之商品須保持全新未使用狀態，並維持完整包裝。
若超過鑑賞期，恕不受理退貨申請。
三、不可退貨情形
以下情況恕不接受退貨申請：
已拆封、使用或經人為損壞之商品（非商品瑕疵除外）
個人衛生用品經拆封後
客製化商品或頁面標示不可退貨之商品
超過鑑賞期之申請
四、退貨政策
為提供更快速且準確之服務，本公司僅提供退貨服務，恕不提供換貨服務。
如需更換尺寸、顏色或款式，請先依退貨流程辦理退貨後，再重新下單購買。
五、退貨流程
退貨流程如下：
提出退貨申請
審核確認符合退貨條件
交付物流進行商品回收
商品回收並完成檢驗
確認無誤後進行退款作業
如原訂單享有滿額優惠、折扣或活動優惠，於退貨完成後，退款金額將依實際保留訂單金額重新計算後退回。

退款將退回原付款方式
信用卡退款時間依各銀行作業流程為準
退款處理時間約需 7–14 個工作天（不含例假日）
七、運費說明
因退貨所產生之運費，由本公司負擔。
八、注意事項
退貨商品須保持完整（包含原包裝、標籤、配件及贈品）
若商品缺件、損壞或不符合退貨條件，本公司有權拒絕退貨申請
本公司保留最終退貨審核與判定權利

Return Policy
1. Scope of Returns
The Company provides return services in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To provide faster and more accurate service, we only offer return services and do not provide exchanges.
If you need to change the size, color, or style, please complete a return first and place a new order separately.
